STOP ABORTED FETAL CELL LINES IN MEDICAL PRODUCTS

For over 30 years, the pharmaceutical industry has been producing medical products using cell lines derived from aborted babies. These products are used to treat: Rheumatoid Arthritis, Cystic Fibrosis, Sepsis, Polio, Rabies, Rubella/MMR, Chickenpox, Hepatitis-A, Shingles and Hepatitis A-B combo. Of these, the following have NO MORALLY PRODUCED OPTION AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC: Cystic Fibrosis, Rubella/MMR, Chickenpox, Shingles and Hepatitis-A. Moral cell lines and recombinant DNA sources are available and should be used.

Therefore, we, the undersigned, petition Merck & Co, Sanofi Pasteur, Glaxo SmithKline, Eli Lily, Amgen & Genentech as the manufacturers of MMR, VAQTA, ZOSTAVAX, VARIVAX, PROQUAD, PENTACEL, IMOVAX, TWINRIX, HAVRIX, XIGRIS, ENBREL AND PULMOZYME to produce safe, effective alternatives for the existing vaccines and medical products and to use ethical alternatives in future products. We further petition the FDA to process any such application expeditiously. If you agree that manufacturing medicines in this manner is not only illicit, but also jeopardizes public health and violates your moral right to access ethically produced alternatives, please sign this petition.
