Shipping and Handling
Our shipping policies appear below. Orders also
are governed by our Refund Policy, which you should review. (See below)
Continental United States Orders:
- Most internet
orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time Monday thru Friday will be processed
the same day.
- Please note,
orders placed after 12pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday, may not
be processed until the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm
Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday.
Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all
federal holidays.
- Orders placed on
Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
- All orders are
shipped with Confirmation of Delivery and should be received within 7-10
days. If your order is not received, please notify us at once.
- Order acceptance
occurs only when your order has been received.
- Large,
Oversized, Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges. You
will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing
and shipping and have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you
are not satisfied with any additional charges.
- Orders are
shipped via Fed Ex or USPS. A physical address is required for shipment.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We verify all
credit cards before shipping. In some cases, this may delay stated delivery
dates.
Expected Delivery Dates:
- All
dates are estimates and may vary. Please see
notes below.

Express: 2-3 Business days after order processing
- 2-3 Day
Express delivery dates do not have guaranteed delivery times. Signatures
may be required upon delivery. Drivers will not leave packages without
signatures, so you must arrange for someone to receive the package and sign
for it. You may want to use a business shipping address to ensure that
someone will be available to sign for the package.
- Transit days for
ground shipments and 2-3-Day Express are business days and do not include
weekends or holidays.

Additional Shipping and Handling Charges and
Insurance:
- If we determine
that your order will require any shipping and handling charges in addition
to those displayed during the order process, we will notify you by email and
ask you to approve the additional charges. We will not ship your order
until you have approved the additional charges, which may delay shipping.
If you are not satisfied with any additional charges, we will offer you the
opportunity to change or cancel your order.
- Orders that need
to be shipped in separate boxes will incur an additional shipping and
handling charge. We will notify you by email if your order ships in
multiple boxes.
Please Note The Following:
- Because delivery
cannot be verified, we do not ship outside the United States or to Puerto
Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- We do not ship
to APO/FPO addresses.
- All prices are
quoted and all payments must be made in US$.
- Your order will
leave our store in good condition and risk of loss passes to you when we
deliver your package to the shipper. If your order is damaged in shipment,
please contact the shipper immediately to make a claim.
Refund Policy
Returns
You may return products sold by Children of God for Life for a full refund of
the purchase price under the following conditions:
- You must notify us
in writing (email:
info@cogforlife.org) prior to returning the product.
- Your return request must
be received within 10 days of your receipt of the product.
- The product must be
undamaged.
- Return postage is your
responsibility.
No Refunds will be issued for books or DVDs.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel, you must notify us immediately. Orders are
generally processed within 24 hours Monday through Friday thus, we are unable to
cancel an order once it has been processed. You may, however, refuse the
merchandise upon delivery. A refund, less any return shipping charges, will be
issued once the merchandise is returned to our location.
No Refunds will be credited without prior notification.
Non-Deliverable/Unclaimed
If a product is returned to us because the package was non-deliverable or
unclaimed, no refund will be issued.
Shipping and handling charges are never
refundable.
